Jeff Vigue has been in the title business since 2003 and started Preferred Title & Closing in late 2010. He’s done everything in our process, from opening files to preparing title policies. He has conducted thousands of closings. Jeff currently manages day to day operations and performs many closings. He believes in excellent customer service and truly appreciates your business! He lives in Scarborough with his wife Melissa and son Ryan.

Terri works closely with brokers and lenders to ensure the closing process goes as smoothly as possible from start to finish. She lives in South Portland with her husband Tim.

Jonathan joined Preferred Title & Closing in 2016, having handled all aspects of the title and closing process during his 20+ years in the title services industry. He is a licensed title insurance underwriter for Maine with vast experience in clearing title defects. From searching the title, to preparing documents, to conducting closings, Jonathan is here to bring a smooth closing process to all parties involved. He lives in Buxton with his wife Holly and two active sons.
